    We are offerring a 1948 Bang and Olufsen (B&O) Vintage Microphone; the MD-1.  This mikrofon is the first mic manufactured by B&O and was designed to accompany their original reel-to-reel tape recorders, such as the Beocord 507 K.  

    This is a dynamic mikrophone and the casing is made of black bakelite and is in good condition with no cracks or chips.  It still has the original bakelite luster to it.  In the pictures, the mic is attached to the stand with makeshift tubing.  The stand shows some paint wear and is cast aluminum.  It displays nicely.

    The mikrofone was tested on my PA using a standard B&O cable from another mike and the output signal is good.  It fits nicely in one's hand and could compliment a harp.   The cable is not included.
